What we are not, which is most of the market
Search for an AI agency and most of what comes back sells chatbots, content tools or a licence to a platform. Those are real businesses and some are very good. They are not this, and it saves everybody a call to say so plainly.
We do not sell you a subscription
There is no seat price and no monthly platform fee for the system itself. We build one thing for your operation and you own it when it is finished. If you stopped speaking to us entirely, it would keep running.
We do not put a chatbot on your website
That is a real product and some agencies do it well. It is not what we do. Our work is inside the operation: the invoices, the orders, the exceptions, the month end. The parts nobody sees and everybody pays for.
We do not send your data anywhere
The system runs on your servers. In a standard build nothing goes to us, to a model provider or across a border. Most agencies cannot say that, because their product is a wrapper around somebody else's hosted model.
We do not hand you to a delivery team
Two founders, from the first conversation to production. You will not meet a partner in the pitch and an implementation pod afterwards, because there is no pod.
What we actually build
Systems that sit inside an operation and take work off people. A freight operator whose office was always a day behind the road. A wholesaler whose orders arrived across three channels and had to be retyped into one. A manufacturer whose recurring defects only surfaced when a customer complained.
Across the engagements where we measured it, the result is between eight and seventeen hours a week returned to the business. Measured after go live, not projected before it. Every one of those builds is written up in full, including what it cost, where the model stops and what the honest limits of the estimate are.
How an engagement runs
Five phases, each ending in a decision that is yours. Nothing is built before the design is approved and nothing ships before it is proven against the checks we agreed. You are never committed to the next phase before you have seen the result of the last.
A typical engagement is twenty to one hundred thousand pounds, published up front so you know roughly what to expect before you get on a call with anyone.
